Damaged plants -
In the unusual event that your plants arrived damaged please advise us within 48 hours with photographic proof and we will issue a full refund - we need photos so that we can claim back from the post office.
Should you wish to cancell your order please contact us providing plants have not been sent out we will issue a full refund.
All orders are subject to a 1st come 1st served basis.
Due to mother nature occasionally a crop will fail, although this is very rare we will offer an alternative or refund.
We try to send plants out 2-3 days from receipt of payment but during certain periods when we are very busy please allow 14 days from placing your order before contacting us about your delivery.
Please note if ordering items to be sent out at different times please order separately so that the correct postage is paid
Please note emails will be answered as soon as possible but during busy times this may take up to 24hrs.
